All our wines are transported with adequate packaging and covered by an insurance policy that protects the customer in the event of breakage or loss during the transport of the order. For more information, see the section on Returns and Refunds.

Art. 63 Transfer of Risk - Consumer Code
1. In contracts which impose the obligation to dispatch goods on the trader, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods for reasons not attributable to the seller passes to the consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by the same and other than the carrier, assumes physical possession of the goods.
2. However, the risk is transferred to the consumer already at the time of delivery of the goods to the courier if the latter has been chosen by the consumer and this choice has not been proposed by the trader, without prejudice to the consumer's rights vis-a-vis the courier.

Free shipping:

Free shipping for orders above a certain amount (see table). Exclusions: some particular categories of users do not have free transport costs.
