The tale of Teodosio relationship with the fascinating field of wine-making has really ancient roots. It didn’t take long for Teodosio to become an expert and regarded wine taster: he’s a passionate perfectionist. Thanks to his unindisputable talent and his natural inclination to profoundly “good” and “beautiful”, Teodosio has fastly achieved important carrier-goals, such as, for example, the collaboration as selector and taster with one of the most important gourmet guides in Italy, renamed associations and academic institutions.
Teodosio Buongiorno, renowned restaurateur and extra-fine sommelier, produces for his elegant and refined clients the exquisite collection of wines “I Buongiorno”.
During his life, Teodosio has visited hundreds of wine cellars all around the world, in particular in Italy, France, California and Slovenia; he has never lost the pathos for knowledge and mutual exchange of opinions with oenologists, wine experts, agronomists and even farmers.
